Lauren Boyle is a freelance illustrator with an MFA in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design and over a decade of experience as a Art Educator. Her artwork is deeply inspired by fairy tales, mythology, mysticism, and the natural world, featuring intricate, detailed compositions that seamlessly blend traditional and digital techniques. With a passion for storytelling through art, Lauren creates evocative works that invite viewers to explore layers of meaning and uncover hidden narratives. As both an artist and educator, she is dedicated to creating art that sparks curiosity and forges connections with the unseen threads that weave through the world.
She can be found balancing teaching her wild and crazy middle school art students with freelance work while living in the Southern Gothic daydream that is Savannah and burying her head in as many 500+ page fantasy books with maps at the front she can get her hands on.
